Flatbed
UV on acrylic
A glossy UV print on a white acrylic sheet, with raised varnish catching the lamp — colour that sits on the plastic, not in it.
Acrylic is unforgiving. Dust shows, and a thin ink film looks cheap. This job uses a white underbase where needed, then colour, then a varnish pass so the image has weight.
The sheet stays on the flatbed until the last lamp pass. Registration between white, CMYK, and varnish is the whole craft — one slip and the gloss sits beside the colour instead of on it.
