A 1-pass UV DTF run lays white, CMYK, and varnish together. The torn edge in this study is the proof: underbase, colour, and gloss as three distinct films.
Height-based sizing and a consistent border buffer keep transfers sharp. The artwork is prepared for the roll, not for a poster sheet — different padding rules, same pre-press care.
