Flatbed
UV on wood
A botanical illustration printed on a wooden board — colour cured under UV, then sealed with a gloss varnish.
Wood drinks ink if you let it. This piece uses a UV flatbed so the colour sits on the surface and cures in place. The varnish pass is not decoration; it locks the illustration and gives the board a hand-feel.
Artwork is prepared with the grain in mind. Darker botanicals sit where the wood is quieter. The file is print-ready for a single board, not a paper sheet — different bleed, different margin, same discipline.
